DATES

 

COST
  • 1-Day tournament: $125 per team (+transaction fees)
  • $7.00 per person to enter each event
  • NO refunds will be granted starting 72 hours prior to the event

FACILITY CARE
  • NO outside food or drink other than a water and sports drinks for players
  • NO team tables
  • NO coolers allowed.
  • Water only allowed  inside all playing areas
  • Smoking is not allowed inside or on the grounds of the facility
  • Children must be under adult supervision at all times
  • Seating: Although some seating is provided, spectators may also want bring non-marking chairs
  • Team areas needs to be picked up prior to leaving the tournament
  • Concessions will be open for each of the dates
TIME
  • Morning Wave:
    • Start at 8 AM -Doors Open at 7:30AM
    • Coaches Meeting at 7:45 AM
    • Bring your team AAU roster sheets to the coaches meeting
  • Afternoon Wave:
    • Start at 4 PM -Doors Open at 3:00PM
    • Coaches Meeting at 3:45 PM
    • Bring your team AAU roster sheets to the coaches meeting
STRUCTURE
  • All players, coaches, and teams must be AAU registered
  • Working teams are required to provide up ref (coach), down ref, line judges, score and book
  • Maximum of 4 teams per court
  • Teams are guaranteed 4 matches (8 games)
  • Warm up and game balls are provided
  • Warm Up Times:
    • Prior to 1st match of the day: 2-4-4
    • After 1st match: 3 minutes shared on your side of the net ONLY - NO hitting or serving after the initial warm up period
  • Tournament information will be sent no later than the Tuesday the week of the tournament
  • Pool play information will be given at the coaches meeting due to last minute changes
  • Check with Tournament Central prior to the team leaving the tournament
